• Operator listing requests — when a golf travel company applies to be listed, we collect company name, contact name, email and website
• Analytics — we use Google Analytics to collect anonymised data about how visitors use the site (pages visited, time on site, location by country). This does not identify you personally

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data you provide to:

• Forward your enquiry to the relevant golf travel operator(s) you have selected
• Respond to callback requests
• Process operator listing applications
• Improve the website based on anonymised usage data

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Who We Share Your Data With

When you submit an enquiry for a specific golf travel provider, your contact details and trip information are shared with that provider so they can respond to you. By submitting an enquiry you consent to this sharing.

We use the following third-party services which may process your data:

• Formspree — processes form submissions
• Google Analytics — anonymised website analytics
• Netlify — website hosting

We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

Enquiry form data is retained for up to 12 months and then deleted. Operator listing data is retained for as long as the listing is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time.
